Robert Lento

Robert A. Lento has served as our Chief Executive Officer since November 2012 and has served as a member of our board of directors since January 2013. Prior to joining us, Mr. Lento was a senior sales executive at Convergys Corporation, a provider of customer management services, from July 1998 to May 2012, most recently serving as President – Information Management Division from September 2007 to May 2012. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1998, Mr. Lento served as President of LAN Systems for Donnelly Enterprise Solutions, Inc., a provider of information management solutions. From 1989 to 1996, Mr. Lento served in leadership positions at ENTEX Information Services, Inc., a provider of computing infrastructure services. Mr. Lento received a B.S. in Management from the State University of New York.

Nathan F. Raciborski
Founder, Limelight Networks

Nathan F. Raciborski co-founded Limelight Networks in 2001. He has been a Director since July 2006. Nathan is the inventor of over thirty patents related to the acceleration of Internet content, the scalability of Internet platforms, and the enhancement of content delivery to mobile devices. He leads all global engineering and operations at Limelight. Starting in 1993, prior to co-founding Limelight, Nathan founded numerous companies including Aerocast (acquired by Motorola), Entera (acquired by Blue Coat Systems, formerly Cacheflow) and Primenet Services for the Internet (merged with GlobalCenter, later acquired by Level3 formerly Frontier/Global Crossing).

Douglas Lindroth
Chief Financial Officer
Douglas S. Lindroth has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since October 2008 and Treasurer since January 2009. Prior to joining us, Mr. Lindroth served as a member of our board of directors since February 2008. Mr. Lindroth has also served as a General Partner of Bayview Investment Company, a real estate investment company, since November 2005. From April 2006 to May 2007, Mr. Lindroth served as Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of BakBone Software Incorporated, a developer and distributor of data backup, restoration, disaster recovery, replication and storage reporting software. From 1997 through February 2006, Mr. Lindroth served in various capacities for Memec Group Holdings Limited, a privately held company and a specialty semiconductor distributor, including as its Chief Financial Officer beginning in 2003. Mr. Lindroth also served on the board of directors of BakBone Software Incorporated from May 2007 to January 2011. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.A. in Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Indu Kodukula
Chief Operating Officer
Indu Kodukula brings over fifteen years of technology innovation and business leadership to Limelight Networks, including over 10 years in senior executive and general management roles. Prior to joining Limelight, Kodukula held the position of executive vice president, products and chief technology officer for SunGard Availability Services where he was instrumental in driving product development and launching an industry-first, enterprise-grade Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) cloud offering. Earlier, he served as vice president of products for Oracle’s Communication Service Delivery Platform, where he grew Oracle’s SDP revenue by 400% over a two-year period. He also served in managerial roles at BEA Systems and McKinsey & Company, and started his technology career as an engineer at Silicon Graphics.
Mr. Kodukula holds a PhD in computer science from Cornell University, and a BTech in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Philip C. Maynard
Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary
Philip C. Maynard has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since October 2007. From August 2004 to October 2006, Mr. Maynard served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of FileNet Corporation, a provider of data and content management software for managing and sharing information across corporate networks and the Internet, and as Associate General Counsel for IBM Corporation from October 2006 to October 2007, following IBM's acquisition of FileNet. From March 2004 to August 2004, Mr. Maynard served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of SRS Labs, Inc., a leading provider of audio enhancement and integrated circuit solutions. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Maynard was of counsel with the law firm of Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth in Newport Beach, California. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Maynard served as Vice President & Division General Counsel for Invensys Software Systems, a division of Invensys, PLC, a UK-based engineering firm. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Maynard was General Counsel for Wonderware Corporation, a leading developer of industrial automation software solutions, which was acquired by Invensys. Mr. Maynard received his J.D. (magna cum laude) from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California.

Kirby Wadsworth
Chief Marketing Officer
Kirby Wadsworth brings over two decades of marketing and industry experience to Limelight Networks, including over 10 years in executive marketing roles at both public and private companies. Prior to joining Limelight, Wadsworth held the position of vice president, global marketing for F5 Networks, Inc. where he was instrumental in transforming the company from technology to solutions and ultimately to strategic marketing, while contributing to the company's dynamic growth from less than $400m to over $1b in revenue during his tenure. Mr. Wadsworth also served in executive marketing and business development roles at Acopia Networks (acquired by F5), Revivio (acquired by Symantec), Storability (acquired by StorageTek), Compaq (acquired by HP) and Digital Equipment Corporation (acquired by Compaq).
Mr. Wadsworth holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and BS in Information Systems from Northeastern University.

George Vonderhaar
Chief Sales Officer

George Vonderhaar brings over 20 years of executive leadership to Limelight Networks, including over 10 years in senior executive and general management roles. Prior to joining Limelight, Vonderhaar held the position of general manager of Convergys Corporation’s Global Cable and Satellite Information Management Group, where he was instrumental in driving the business unit to market leadership and profitability. He also served as senior vice president, client services for Convergys’s HRM business, where he restructured complex client relationships and contributed to the subsequent sale of the HRM unit. He previously served as president of Convergys’s Mobile, Cable, and Broadband Solutions Groups with full P&L responsibility for those businesses.
Mr. Vonderhaar holds a BS in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Human Resources from Marquette University.
